Vera, Chuck and Dave, a comedy by Greg Jones Ellis, directed by Darren McGregor, will be presented as a staged reading on Saturday, February 28, at 1:30 p.m. at The Club Car, 12 W. North Ave, Baltimore, MD, 21218.
Vera: Emmy nominee…who once almost survived Werewolf on a Train.
Chuck: Original cast of Les Miz…the back of his head also starred in a TV pilot.
Dave: Regularly exposed his impressive chest…which has become less impressive.
These survivors of decades in show business are auditioning for the same tiny part. As they wait—and wait—to be seen, they entertain themselves by reenacting their best and worst show biz moments. Theatrical “war stories” come to hilarious life and lead to new beginnings for these battle-scarred troupers.
