Baltimore Playwrights Festival

Staged Reading of These Little Piggies will be performed on Thursday, May 14 at The Eubie Blake Cultural Center.

Muti-faceted actor, director and playwright Kerr Lockhart’s These Little Piggies will have a staged reading on Thursday, May 14.  This reading is presented in conjunction with the Bromo Art Walk. It will be directed by George Andre Tittle.

The inventor of a purportedly miraculous medical device goes to the home of the World’s Richest Man for development capital. Here he lives with his supermodel wife and his dying acerbic mother. Herein follows a combination of the kind of entertaining lies, fraud, deception, sex, guile, cruelty, and family conflict we all know and love, where one man gets his just desserts.

The cast includes:

  • Ephraim Treut – Anthony Case
  • Victoria Bell – Lauren Meley
  • Dr. Guy Tomasz – Bill Kohlhoff
  • Elspeth Treut – Elizabeth Levy-Malis
  • Jeff Alpern – Jack Venton
  • Iliana – Kathleen Pierre
  • Stage Directions – Terry Johnson Bey
  • Assistant Director – Terry Johnson Bey
  • Sound Designer – Zachary Sexton

The staged reading will be hosted at the Eubie Blake Cultural Center, 847 N Howard St, Baltimore, MD 21201 on Thursday May 14 at 7:00 p.m.. The performance will take place in the Jazz Lounge on the fourth floor.
