Playwright and professional writer Melissa Borgerding’s Little Ghosts will have a staged reading on Saturday, May 9. It will be directed by Charmaine Chester.
Susan’s 70th birthday party isn’t going as planned. A snowstorm is bearing down, the cancellations are piling up, and tempers are running hotter than ever between her combative children. As the weather intensifies, an uninvited guest arrives to challenge Susan’s careful construction of her family, her past, and herself.

The performance will be hosted at Club Car Baltimore, 12 West North Avenue, Baltimore 21201 on Saturday, May 9 at 11:00 a.m.. Club Car Baltimore is located at West North Avenue and North Charles Street.
A discussion will follow the reading, and all audience members are invited to participate.
